The CAP-TT01 Cap Torque Tester is designed to measure application and removal torque of bottle caps up to 100 lbFin (11.5 Nm). Adjustable posts effectively grip a broad range of container shapes and sizes, while optional flat and adjustable jaws are available for unique profiles. A rugged aluminum design, and simple, intuitive operation allow for use in laboratory and production environments. Class-leading accuracy of 0.3% and blazingly fast sampling rate of 7,000 Hz ensure reliable and consistent test results, even in quick-action applications. The CAP-TT01 includes a range of sophisticated productivity-enhancing features, including USB, RS-232, Mitutoyo, and analog outputs, automatic data output and zeroing upon cap removal, memory storage for 1,000 readings, pass/fail indicators and outputs, and more. Password protection is provided to prevent unauthorized changes to settings and calibration. CAP-TT01 testers include MESUR Lite data acquisition software. MESUR Lite tabulates continuous or single point data. Data stored in the CAP-TT01's memory can also be downloaded in bulk. One-click export to Excel allows for further data manipulation.

The Mark-10 MTT03C / CAP-TT03 is designed to measure the open and closure torque on bottles, vials, jars and more. This portable instrument is ideal for odd shaped containers that cannot be secured in traditional table top testers. Serrated jaws securely grip cap diameters of 0.65 - 1.55 in (16.5 - 39.0 mm). Measure Peak or real-time torque on the large back lit LCD display (clockwise and counter-clockwise directions). The Series TT03C is available in three capacities from 12 lbf-in / 135 N-cm (MTT03C-12), 50 lbf-in / 570 N-cm (MTT03C-50) & 100 lbf-in / 1150 N-cm (MTT03C-100). The CAP-TT03 features a sampling rate of 2,000 Hz producing accurate results under a wide range of test conditions. A backlit graphic LCD displays large characters, and a menu is available to access the gauges features and configurable parameters. USB output is provided for data collection purposes. Set point indicators are provided for pass-fail testing. The gauges are overload protected to 150% of capacity, and an analog load bar is shown on the display for graphical representation of applied force. The Shimpo TNP Cap Torque Meter is a precision instrument that measures OPEN and CLOSE torque values for various applications. As a cap torque analyzer, the CAP-TNP repeatedly determines bottle closure and breakaway torque. It has a wide memory capacity capable of storing 1,000 data points in addition to Average, Maximum and Minimum values.
